1. Objective
This User Agreement applies to the purchase of items through the in-game or web-based item malls of internet based
MMORPGs (Massively Multi-Player Online Role-Playing Games) serviced by ZEMI Interactive Inc. (the "Company" or "ZEMI")
through its website at global.4story.com. This Service Fee User Agreement is in addition to, and does not in any way
replace or supplant, the End User License Agreement that may accompanied the ZEMI software (the "EULA") and to which the
ZEMI software is subject and the Terms of Service available at global.4story.com or any affiliated websites (the "Site").
You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other ZEMI
services, affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software.
2. Agreement Effect and Changes
Any purchase of Points signifies your acceptance of the User Agreement. This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and ZEMI. You hereby represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this User Agreement and you are not barred from purchasing Points offered by the Site under the laws of the Republic of South Korea or other applicable jurisdiction.
ZEMI may, from time to time, modify, amend, or supplement its fee and billing methods and/or this User Agreement, and post those changes on the Site. Such modifications, amendments or supplements shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. If any change is unacceptable to you, you may cancel your account at any time, but ZEMI will not refund any fees that may have accrued to your account before such cancellation, and we will not pro-rate fees for any charges. The Company will not be responsible for any failure to familiarize with any modifications, amendments or supplements posted on the Site.
3. Agreement Regulations
All situations not clearly covered by this User Agreement will be subject to the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of South Korea.
4. Payment Options
You may purchase Points by major credit card, PayPal, Ukash or such other methods authorized by ZEMI. Payment options are subject to change at the discretion of the Company.
All payments are non-refundable.
Only registered members can purchase Points.
The Company is not responsible for any losses due to any suspension of service due to reason outside our control.
Points can be used to purchase in-game items or any other items offered on Site.
5. Payment Approval
The Company may suspend approval or reject any transaction for the following reasons:
(i) when the user is not a registered member;
(ii) when payment of the fees cannot be verified;
(iii) suspected fraud or violations of any of the User Agreement, the Terms of Service or the EULA; or
(iv) when the Company determines in its sole discretion that accepting such transaction will
adversely affect the Company, the game or our members.
