Once the Guild is created, click on the NPC and new menu appears.
The menu includes, Use Storage, Recruit, Disband Guild and Cancel Disband.

Click on Recruit and a separate Guild recruit window appears. Recruit Window is divided into two categories of Recruit members and Application Registration options.
Recruit menu can also be activated with /recruit command.
Guild Master can recruit the members. Click on the Recruit Form to type in the Title and the number and the type of the users recruiting.

Click OK to register the guild recruit form.
Click on the title to see the details and The guild master can use the Modify and Complete options.

You can PR your Guild through Website>Community>PR Guild menu.

In order to Apply for entrance to a Guild type in /recruit command in the chat window.

In the Guild Recruit window, click Apply to show the input window for Application register.

Here click New button to input information.
Type in the information and click OK to register.

Click on the title to see the details.
Modify and Delete can be used in the menu.
