Personal store can be opened through the menu that appears when clicked with right button of your mouse on your own Stats information window.
Drag the items you like to sell into the store slot and price them to register.
Give it a name to your store and click on Open button to open up a personal store.
While in a Personal Store mode, no other operations can be done.
